All our aircraft will be cleaned with an approved disinfectant before every flight. All surfaces which the customers tend to touch throughout the flight will be thoroughly cleaned.
Our aircraft are equipped with powerful HEPA filters that trap 99.9% of particulates such as viruses (including coronaviruses), bacteria and fungi and purify the air inside the cabin every two to three minutes.
Customers will be seated while maintaining adequate distance, wherever flight occupancy permits.
Please be assured that our cabin crew has been appropriately trained to minimize chances of contracting or spreading the virus.

How can you help?

While we will be taking all necessary precautions and safety measures to contain the spread of COVID-19, we urge you to collaborate with us and take necessary personal precautions to make flying safe again:
You are advised to practice high levels of personal hygiene such as washing hands regularly at the airport, before and after eating, while using lavatories inflight etc.
You are required to download the Aarogya Setu app and update your health status. Customers with "Red" status in the Aarogya Setu App would not be permitted to travel.
Please do not touch others’ luggage placed in the overhead bins. Ask the crew for assistance, only if required.
Please note that consumption of outside eatables is not permitted inside the aircraft.
Maintain adequate distance from co-passengers (at least 1 meter) at all times.
While onboard lavatories will be thoroughly sanitised, we urge you (especially children and the elderly) to use the airport restroom facilities for your convenience. Do not queue up in the aisle to use the onboard lavatory. Only one companion should accompany children or the elderly.
