On Demand Voucher Generation

Q. What is the benefit of ‘On-demand voucher generation’?

A. Applicable to the members holding a Club Vistara Co-brand credit card, this feature provides flexibility to issue the Complimentary ticket voucher online by self as per the choice of travel date. Effectively providing a longer duration to use the voucher.

Q. When will the Complimentary ticket voucher(s) be available for issuance in my account?

A. . Basis fulfilling the eligibility criteria of your Co-brand card variant.

Q. What is the validity of my voucher?

A. You can issue the voucher within 6 months from the date the voucher available for issuance in your account. The voucher will be valid for 3 months upon issuance.

Q. Will I get notified when I receive the voucher(s)?

A. Yes, an email communication will be sent to your registered email ID when you become eligible for the free ticket voucher.

Q. Can I reverse the issued voucher status?

A. Once issued, you cannot reverse the voucher status. It will be valid for 03 months from the date of issuance.

Q. Where can I see my voucher(s) details?

A. Under My Vouchers section, once issued, you can view all voucher details.

Q. What will happen if I do not issue my voucher by logging in myself?

A. Your vouchers will be auto issued by the end of 06-month period in case you do not self-issue the voucher.

Q. Can I issue my Complimentary ticket voucher(s) from my mobile app?

A. No, you can only generate your voucher through our website.

Q. How can I generate my voucher?

A. Once you are eligible for the voucher, you can view the vouchers available for issuance under ‘My vouchers’ section in your CV account. You can navigate to ‘On demand voucher generation’ tab and ‘Issue’ the voucher you want to use.
