Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport serves the city of Lucknow. Located in Amausi, it was earlier known as Amausi Airport before being renamed after Chaudhary Charan Singh, the fifth prime minister of India.

    The main and the most popular shopping hub in all of Lucknow city, Hazratganj Market has a long history behind it. Established in 1810 by Nawab Saadat Ali Khan, it has undergone many makeovers since then. Don’t miss the Lucknow special – Chikan, a type of hand embroidery using cut and shadow work.

    Built in the year 1784 by Asaf-ud-Daula, the fourth Nawab of Awadh, Bara Imambara is a tribute to Mughal architecture. Take a trip of the extraordinary maze, locally known as ‘bhool bhuliaya’ located on the upper floor of the monument for an exciting experience. The central hall of Bara Imambara is said to be the largest arched hall in the world and is sure to leave you mesmerised.
