At Vistara, we have consistently worked towards offering you the best service. We are now happy to take that philosophy a step ahead with #VistaraFlyEarly, a new option that allows customers reaching the airport early, to fly early if there is an earlier flight available within 4 hours of the originally booked flight.

#VistaraFlyEarly is available only at the airport on a standby basis (that is, if there is space available on the earlier flight, which will be confirmed one hour prior to departure) at a fee of INR 3000 all-in. The same is applicable for Economy Standard, Premium Economy Value and Business Value, if the flight is available at a lower fare than the originally booked flight. This fee will be waived off for Club Vistara Platinum members.

However, customers booked Economy Flexi, Premium Economy Standard, Business Standard, Premium Economy Flexi and Business Flexi fares will get confirmed seat at no charge if fare is lower in the earlier flight with respect to the originally booked flight.

• This service can only be availed at the airport with the customer’s presence being mandatory.
  
• This service is valid for customers who have arrived 4 hours earlier for their flight. The time duration between originally booked flight & desired flight must not exceed 4 hours.
  
• To use the service, Customers can approach the ticketing counter and request #VistaraFlyEarly to book an earlier flight.
• The non-refundable charge of INR 3000 (inclusive of taxes) is applicable per sector/flight, per customer and will be charged for all cabin classes.
• #VistaraFlyEarly is applicable on direct flights only (not applicable on via/connecting flights).
• Customers are not allowed to re-route their flight. They can only advance their flight for the booked sector.
• This facility is not applicable for postponing of flights.
• This facility is not applicable for Group Fares & UMNR's.
• The above non-refundable charges are waived off for Club Vistara Platinum Members provided the change is in the same cabin class.
• This service is applicable for travel within India only, for all fare categories except Economy Lite.
