Effective 01-Oct-2020, we have resumed the tier evaluation process for all CV Platinum, CV Gold, and CV Silver members.

For all elite tier members based on their tier validity date as on 30-Sep-2020, we are offering a 12-month extension. The tier extension is being offered to all members who have achieved their tier upgrade or successfully renewed their tier based on our Tier Evaluation Criteria. For example, if a member’s tier revaluation date on 30-Sep-2020 is 31-Aug-2021, their revised tier evaluation date will be 30-Aug-2022. Members will be able to view their revised tier validity date by logging in to their Club Vistara account by 15-Oct-2020. 

Tier status via CV Partners- Elite tiers of CV members achieved through associations with our partners will continue to be evaluated based on the relationship with the partners and the respective partner terms and conditions.

Please note - Members with extended tier status will not be entitled to receive the one class upgrade vouchers upon extension.

For all our members, CV Points expiring between 01-Mar-2020 and 31-Dec-2020 will be re-credited with the validity of 12 months. For example, for a member, if 100 CV Points expire in the month of 31-Oct-2020, equivalent CV Points will be credited with the validity up to 31-Oct-2021. Fresh CV Points in lieu of these expired CV Points will be credited within 7 working days after the expiry.

Please note - Members who have already received a four-month extended validity on CV Points expiring between 01-Mar-2020 and 31-May-2020, will effectively receive an extension for the remaining 08 months' validity on their unused CV Points.

We are offering a six-month (6-month) extension on the One-Class Upgrade vouchers as part of your respective tier benefits originally issued with 12-month validity which are expiring between 25-Mar-2020 and 31-Dec-2020 as per the expiry month. 

For vouchers expired between 25-March-2020 and 28-May-2020, new vouchers will be credited with 2 month validity* and vouchers expired between 29-May-2020 and 30-Sep-2020, new vouchers will be credited with 6 month validity on or before 10-Oct-2020.

For all vouchers expiring between 01-Oct-2020 and 31-Dec-2020, new vouchers with 6-month validity will be credited within 15 days after expiry of the original voucher.

Members are advised to view these One-Class Upgrade voucher(s) (COVID-19 Compensatory) by logging in to their Club Vistara account. 

Please note - *Members who have already received a four-month extension on One-Class Upgrade vouchers (COVID-19 compensatory) during the lockdown period will only receive an extension of 02 months on their unused vouchers.
