A Purple Ticket is a gift card by Vistara that you can redeem for flights for yourself or gift it to your loved ones. This can be redeemed for our extra services as well to ensure the perfect travel experience! As you increase your flights in sets of 4, the number of Purple Ticket gift cards you earn also increases. The Purple Ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

To avail your Purple Ticket once you receive it, please follow the steps below:

• Select your flight/ancillary service and fill in the required details until you reach the payment page.
• On the payment page you will see an option - Purple Ticket Gift Card. Enter "Purple Ticket Gift Card details" as your Payment Mode.
• Enter the 16-digit Purple Ticket Gift Card Number and your 6-digit Pin Code that you have received.
• Click on "Make Payment" and pay the balance amount (if any) using other payment modes listed.

• Club Vistara members will be eligible for this offer on completion of flights in sets of 4/6/12/16 in Premium Economy, flown between 01-January-2023 and 31-March-2023. The flight can be in the combination of 4/8/12/16 one-way or 2/4/6/8 return flights or a combination of return and one-way flights. 
• The Purple Ticket will be valid up to 6 months from the date of issuance and the validity of the Gift Card cannot be extended under any circumstances.
• Premium Economy flights across the entire Vistara network will be considered for eligibility for this offer whether booked directly or via partner sites/ agents.  
• The Premium Economy flights required to qualify for this offer should be only on the Vistara network and should be marketed and operated by Vistara. 
• Retro Claims, Award flight (redemption flight) activities and complimentary voucher ticket bookings will not be considered for the qualification of this offer. Kindly provide your Club Vistara ID at the time of booking/check-in to enjoy the offer. 
• The member’s name entered during each booking has to exactly match the name in Club Vistara Account. 
• If for any reason the purple ticket is not credited within 10 days of taking the last eligible flight, member must reach out to customer care within 30 days.
• Economy tickets upgraded to Premium Economy will not qualify for this offer.
• Purple Ticket is valid for redemption only on the Vistara website- www.airvistara.com for Vistara flights and ancillary services like Seats, Lounge, Excess Baggage, Wheelchair except for the products and services such as Hotels, Cars, Vistara Meet & Assist service and Vistara Getaways as available on the Vistara website, www.airvistara.com.
