• Bonus CV Points will be rewarded for the Transactions done only during the Offer Period (1st August 2022 – 31st August 2022) 
• Offer applicable on Minimum points transfer of 30,000 Membership Rewards points into 10,000 CV Points. For example, if a member transfers to 9,000 CV Points, this transaction will not be eligible for bonus CV Points. 
• The maximum points transfer eligible under the offer is 3,00,000 Membership Rewards points into 1,00,000 CV Points and a bonus of 25,000 CV Points can be earned on this. Transfers above 1,00,000 CV Points will be capped at 1,00,000 CV Points and the bonus earned will be 25,000 CV points. For example, if a member requests transfer to 1,50,000 CV Points from 4,50,000 Membership Reward Points; 1,00,000 CV Points will be considered for bonus offer and a bonus of 25,000 CV Points will be awarded for such transfers. Total 1,75,000 CV Points will be credited in this case.

• Bonus CV Points will be rewarded as per eligible Transactions. 
• Bonus CV Points will be credited to the concerned CV ID within 45 working days post Offer end date (that is, 31-August-2022). 
• Bonus CV Points will be awarded on basis of the Transaction date (falling within the Offer Period) provided by American Express to Vistara.

• Offer is applicable only on the first transaction during the offer period. Example: if a CV member transfers 100,000 CV Points from American Express® Membership Reward Points in first transaction and 50,000 CV Points from American Express® Membership Reward Points in the second transaction within the offer period using the same eligible card, the CV member will be eligible for the bonus CV Points only on the First transaction of 100,000 CV Points. 
• With respect to conversion/transfer of Reward Points to CV Points, the terms and conditions of the loyalty program of American Express Membership Rewards® will apply. Please refer to their respective website for such terms and conditions and reach out to American Express in case of any queries. 
• Vistara is not liable for any incorrect CV ID updated at member’s or bank’s end. CV IDs shared by American Express Membership Rewards® post transfer of Points will be considered final. 
• This Offer is valid only for eligible American Express Membership Rewards® members and governed by the transfer ratios, minimum thresholds and transfer charges specified by the bank. 
• CV Points once credited will not be reversed. 
• Vistara reserves the right, at any time without prior notice, to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether 
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotion or offer unless stated otherwise. 
• These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions (including the Club Vistara terms and conditions) as specified on Vistara’s website www.airvistara.com, which terms and conditions shall also be applicable to the Offer. 
• This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
