Select Retail Therapy Escapade and enter your details along with the link of the video you uploaded on IG. Then click 'Submit'

By registering for any of the Club Vistara escapades, the participants agree to be redirected to Agency’s microsite and share their details with Agency to contact them for any coordination incase he/she wins the listed experience.
Vistara’s appointed agency will have the sole and absolute discretion in rejecting any entries found unsuitable, false or inappropriate.
The theme of the program and the applicable rules shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of Hattrick and shall be updated from time to time by them without any prior notice or any reason. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to www.airvistara.com.
Vistara will not be liable for any delays in the receipt or non-receipt of entries.
Vistara’s appointed agency will reserve the right to cancel the entry of a winner and select an alternate winner, in the event of his/her failure to:

acknowledge receipt of win or
provide the relevant details as requested by Agency or
submit the requisite release forms / declarations or
obtain the necessary insurances

No cash alternative to the experience will be offered. The experiences are not transferable. The experiential activities are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any activity with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Each Participant is allowed to submit only one entry per experience throughout the Club Vistara Escapades program period. In case of multiple entries, the first legitimate entry will only be considered for the Club Vistara Escapades.
Vistara and its appointed agency reserve the right to use any or all the content from the Club Vistara Escapades program for marketing and promotional purpose.
The winner accepts that his/her name can be used for communication purpose, and to be contacted after the benefit of his/her activity for communication purpose.
Vistara and its appointed agency shall not be responsible for any Participant’s details (including personal data, likeness, etc.) that are made public through their submissions.
These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions (including privacy policy) as specified on Vistara’s website www.airvistara.com, which terms and conditions shall also be applicable to Club Vistara Escapades.
By participating in the Club Vistara Escapades, the Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Participants must not impersonate any person or entity. Each Participant is allowed to participate only through a single valid Club Vistara ID created on the Platforms.
Participants must not post, distribute, or reproduce, in any way, any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights and shall indemnify and hold Vistara and its appointed agency (its officers, directors, agents, sub-contractors) harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, costs (including attorney fees), etc. for any breach of this provision by the Participants.
Participant warrants that the entries as submitted are original works, and in no manner infringe on any third party’s intellectual or privacy rights. Participant keeps Vistara fully indemnified against any third-party action or claim arising out of infringement of any such third party intellectual or privacy rights. By submission of entry(s), the Participant hereby waives all rights in the Works as submitted.
