Q. What is the process to buy CV Points?

A. You may buy CV Points by logging into your Club Vistara Account and going to the ‘Buy CV Points’ tab.

Q. Can I use the purchased CV Points for my nominees as well?

A. Yes, the points can be redeemed for self and/or pre-added nominees.

Q. Can anyone purchase CV Points?

A. No, members with at least one transaction in their Club Vistara account are eligible to purchase CV Points.

Q. Is there a limit on the number of CV Points that I can purchase?

A. Yes, a minimum of 1,000 and maximum of 20,000 CV Points can be purchased per transaction. Also, you can purchase up to 500,000 CV Points in a period of 12 months from the date of the first purchase.

Q. Do ‘Buy CV Points’ help me to qualify for the next tier?

A. No, only Tier Points are evaluated for tiers which can only be earned by flying Vistara flights.

Q. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

A. No, purchased CV Points transactions are non-refundable.

Q. Can I file GST returns on the points purchased?

A. Yes, GST returns can be availed by adding the correct GST number prior to making the purchase. Incorrect GST details will lead to a mismatch and the tax amount will not be claimed.
