Retro Claim

If you have forgotten to quote your Club Vistara ID before flying, you can still claim CV Points & Tier Points for Vistara flights flown in the last 180 days via retro claim form. You can also claim CV Points for Club Vistara Partner Airline flights via this form.

Whether you are a new member or have forgotten to mention your Club Vistara ID, you can claim your missing points by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Club Vistara account on the website.
  2. Select the airline flown and add the required details on the Retro Claim submission form.
  3. Eligible points will be credited for the submitted flight in case all given details are accurate.

 

You can also file a Retro Claim for the Vistara flights via Vistara mobile app. 

 

Please remember:
  • You can file a Retro Claim 7 days after your flown flight and this option is available for 180 days from the flight date. For Partner Airlines, click here to know about the specific rules. 
  • Your name on the e-ticket and boarding pass should be the same as on your Club Vistara account.
  • If your Retro Claim is for a program partner, please allow up to 4 weeks for the claim to process.
  • Retro Claim is not valid for the Vistara or Partner Airline Award Flight bookings.
