Please follow the below steps to initiate the points transfer:

  • Login to AU Rewardz portal using your registered mobile number & select your card.
  • Check the number of points available in your AU Rewardz account.
  • Under the air miles redemption option enter your Club Vistara membership ID.
  • Specify the number of points to be converted to Club Vistara Points.
  • The equivalent Club Vistara Points will be credited to your Club Vistara account within 7 working days.
Terms and Conditions
  • Card holder should be a Club Vistara member and should hold a valid membership number for redeeming Reward Points.
  • Club Vistara members will need to check the correctness and the validity of his/her Club Vistara membership number provided to AU Bank before placing a conversion request.
  • Transfer of your AU Bank Credit Card Rewards Points to Club Vistara Points would take up to 7 working days.
  • Club Vistara Points once credited to your Club Vistara membership account cannot be converted back to AU Bank Reward Points.
  • Minimum 200 Reward Points and thereafter in multiplier of 4 are required to be converted to Club Vistara Points.
  • Member’s AU Bank Credit Card account and Club Vistara account should be in active status and should have sufficient Reward Points balance for conversion.
  • A conversion request once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • Club Vistara Points converted will be governed by Club Vistara terms and conditions.
  • Both AU Rewardz and Club Vistara terms and conditions apply.
  • Vistara and AU Rewardz, reserve the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this arrangement, at any point without prior notice.
  • This offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. By availing this offer, the customers shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid terms and conditions.
