Effective 1st March 2023, Club Vistara has partnered with HSBC, that enables you to transfer your HSBC Credit Card Rewards Points to CV Points and avail benefits like Award Flights and Upgrade Awards.

• Cardholder needs to provide below details :
  1. Name as per Vistara Membership.
  2. Club Vistara membership ID
  3. Provides consent for redeeming reward points, written or verbal.
• Post details are shared and confirmation is taken, the request will be processed and CV Points will be credited to your account within 3-4 working days.

• For any transfer request to CV Points, cardholder's Club Vistara membership account will be credited within 10-15 working days from the date of receiving the request. 
• All terms and conditions of HSBC's Rewards Programme are applicable, unless otherwise mentioned. Club Vistara shall not be liable in any way for any issues related to member’s HSBC account and associated redemption process. 
• In order to ensure timely processing of the transfer request, customers will need to ensure that the CV membership ID provided is correct.
• CV Points transferred will be governed by Club Vistara terms and conditions.
• HSBC and Club Vistara terms and conditions apply.
• TATA SIA Airlines Limited and HSBC reserve the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this arrangement at any point without prior notice.
• This offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. By availing this offer, the customers shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid terms and conditions.
