  • Mobile check-in is available 48 hours prior and closes 1 hour prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights.
  • Mobile check-in opens 96 hours prior and closes 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights.

Mobile check-in is not available:

  • For unaccompanied minors (UMNR).
  • If you have special service requests such as stretcher or extra seats.
  • For staff travel, industry discount tickets, upgrade vouchers and agent discount tickets.
  • For international credit card bookings where card verification is required before boarding the flight.
  • For customers availing discounted fares such as armed forces personnel discounts.
  • For customers who need to carry medical oxygen in flight.
  • For customers requiring MEDA clearance.
  • For customers requiring infant seat/travelling with CRS (Child Restraint System).

Important points for domestic travel:

  • You cannot cancel your seat booking through Mobile check-in.
  • If you have check-in baggage, we recommend you report at the Baggage Drop counter at least 1 hour prior to flight departure. You must present your photo ID at the same time.
  • You are requested to be present at the boarding gate with a valid ID, at least 20 minutes prior to the flight departure. In case you report after boarding gate closure; the No-Show policy as per the fare rules will apply to your ticket.
  • Emergency exit seats cannot be booked through mobile check-in. Vistara reserves the right to change your seat if you are assigned an emergency exit seat, in compliance with safety regulations or a change in aircraft configuration.
  • You may present a physical boarding pass or a soft copy of the boarding pass for security clearance and boarding. It may be collected from the check-in counter by providing a valid photo ID, at least 1 hour prior to flight departure.

Important points for international travel:

  • You cannot cancel your seat booking through Mobile check-in.
  • You are requested to be present at the boarding gate with a valid ID, at least 20 minutes prior to the flight departure. In case you report after boarding gate closure; the No-Show policy as per the fare rules will apply to your ticket.
  • If you have check-in baggage, we request you to report at the Baggage Drop counter at least 2 hours prior to flight departure. You must present a valid passport and visa at the counter.
  • If you are not carrying a printed copy of your boarding pass, it may be collected from the check-in counter by providing a valid passport and visa at the counter, at least 1 hour prior to flight departure.

Emergency exit seats cannot be booked through mobile check-in. Vistara reserves the right to change your seat if you are assigned an emergency exit seat, in compliance with safety regulations or a change in aircraft configuration.
