• Prime membership purchased under the campaign cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• On purchase of Annual EazyDiner Prime membership, Club Vistara member will earn 500 CV Points up to a maximum of once per CV member. No other promotions or discounts should have been availed at the time of payment for the EazyDiner Prime annual membership to avail the CV Points offer.
• On every completed table booking, a Club Vistara member who is also an EazyDiner Prime member will earn 100 CV Points for a maximum of once per month. Member must upload the bill from the concerned restaurant where the booking was made on the EazyDiner app.
• CV members must provide their CV ID at the time of table booking to earn CV Points.
• CV Points earned will be posted to the CV ID (provided at the time of booking) within 45 days of completion of the table reservation, purchase of annual prime membership or delivery. In the event a booking is cancelled, CV Points will not be awarded.
• CV Points once credited to your Club Vistara account cannot be debited from a members account.
• CV Points earned will be governed by Club Vistara terms and conditions.
• The EazyDiner Prime deal will be clearly identified on the restaurant screen. All EazyDiner Prime deals will have a minimum of 25% discount as specified in the deal.
• Not all restaurants bookable on EazyDiner will have prime deals. Some restaurants may also have non-prime deals. All discounts are mentioned clearly against each deal for all restaurants bookable on EazyDiner.
• One complimentary alcoholic beverage per person (all guests in a single booking) will be offered at select restaurants only. The restaurants offering “One complimentary alcoholic beverage per person” shall have the same mentioned on the restaurant’s page as the additional benefit.
• The restaurants and offers are dynamic in nature and hence may change without any prior notice. In case there are any concerns, please call the EazyDiner Prime helpline at 786 100 4400.
• All 1+1 deals are valid for a minimum of 2 guests. For example: In case of 3 guests, 2 guests will be charged, and 1 guest will enjoy complimentary meal, in case of 5 guests, 3 guests will be charged, and 2 guests will enjoy complimentary meal.
• Please inform the restaurant about your reservation through EazyDiner upon your arrival at the restaurant to have a hassle-free experience.
• Club Vistara and EazyDiner shall not be liable for the experience at the partner restaurant as we only assist in fulfilling the reservations with the special offers.
• Club Vistara and EazyDiner shall not be liable if any restaurant is temporarily or permanently shut.
• The fee chargeable for the membership plan shall be predetermined and may be revised by EazyDiner at its sole discretion, from time to time. Any revision of the membership fee shall be notified to the members fifteen (15) days prior to implementing such revision.
• 18% GST will be applicable on all subscription plans for EazyDiner Prime.
• The fee chargeable for the membership plan is non-refundable.
• All Club Vistara terms and conditions apply.
• Vistara and EazyDiner, reserve the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this arrangement, at any point without prior notice.
• This offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. By availing this offer, the customers shall be deemed to have accepted all the aforesaid terms and conditions.
