• Delivery of the artwork will take at least 10-14 working days. 
• Artworks once sold will not be taken back or refunded. A buyer may receive a refund only in case the artwork is received in damaged condition and buyer informs The Form Art within 7 days of receipt of the artwork via an email to sales@theformart.com along with the photographs of the damaged artwork. Please note that the shipping and handling charges for returning the artwork will be paid by buyer.
• The Form Art is a marketplace and does not hold the entire inventory. In case of a sale, the artwork will be thoroughly inspected by The Form Art before dispatching them to the buyers. In a rare occurrence, if the artwork is not found to be in exact condition it was displayed on the platform, The Form Art reserves the right to cancel the transaction and refund the amount in full to Club Vistara member.
