Terms and Conditions
Purchase & Use of Vouchers
- After you have placed an order on Tickettin.com, you will receive a payment confirmation on the email address entered during the booking process.
- Once your order is confirmed by Tickettin.com Supplier/Partner, you will receive a separate order confirmation email that will contain your voucher for admission or participation in the travel activity. You may have to redeem your electronic or paper ticket at the assigned location detailed in the voucher.
- Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, but may vary under special circumstances, for which you will receive an update from the Tickettin.com Team.
- In the scenario where Tickettin.com Supplier/Partner is unable to fulfil the order due to reasons such as unavailability, you will be informed via email and given the choice to receive a full refund or select an alternative available date and time.
- The terms of use for each voucher may vary amongst Supplier/Partner and any restrictions that apply to the use of such a voucher, including but not limited to a minimum age requirement, will be conveyed to you at the time of purchase on the Website. Any changes on the requirement from the Supplier/Partners which happened after the purchase will communicate with Voucher holder as soon as possible.
- The validity of the voucher varies based on the individual product and may be valid for an open-dated period or valid only for a fixed date and time. The validity is specified on the product page at the time of booking.
- In order to use your voucher, you must appear in person at the meeting point designated by the relevant supplier/partner stated on the voucher or the product description and present such documents and/or information as may be required by the supplier/partner that may include your Order Confirmation Number and/or your printed Voucher. If you fail to appear on time or to provide the required documents or information, no refunds will be allowed.
- A supplier/partner may also require you to provide photo ID such as your passport to prove your identity in order to use your voucher. Neither Tickettin.com nor the supplier/partner is responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen vouchers or Confirmation Numbers. If you attempt to use a voucher in an unlawful manner (e.g. you attempt to use a Child Voucher to enter a theme park when you are above 18), the respective supplier/partner may refuse to accept your voucher, and no refunds will be allowed.
- If you attempt to use a voucher in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the Voucher and are unable to do so (due to the fault of the Supplier otherwise), please contact Tickettin.com at support@tickettin.com and Tickettin.com will liaise with the supplier for an appropriate remedy.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- For cancellation or refund requests, an email should be sent to support@tickettin.com.
- Cancellation/refund windows and policies vary based on the individual product clauses and are stated on the product page during the time of booking. You may get a full or partial refund subjected to the terms and condition of the individual product.
- The supplier/partner, not Tickettin.com, is the Activity Services provider, to which the Vouchers correspond to, and is solely responsible for accepting or rejecting any cancellation or refund requests due to exceptional circumstances, as related to all such Services
- If an activity you have booked for is cancelled by Tickettin.com supplier/partner Tickettin.com will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will process a full refund to you.
- If your cancellation or refund request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via email.
- Refunds will be processed within 24 hours from the formal acceptance of the refund. It may take up to 7-14 working days for the refund amount to be reflected in your bank account.
Booking Modifications
- For any requested modifications to the booking (e.g. travel date and time), an email should be sent to support@tickettin.com. The supplier/partner is solely responsible for accepting or rejecting any requested modifications to your booking.
Customer Support
- For any other queries or booking issues, please write to support@tickettin.com. A response will be given within 24 hours from the receipt of details.
Other terms and conditions:
- Vistara reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this arrangement, at any point without prior notice and shall not be liable to any CV member or any person for any such modification, discontinuation or termination. Vistara will in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, bodily injury or death arising out of this Offer or purchase, use or non-use of any products/services under this Offer.
- Vistara does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of services offered by Tickettin. You acknowledge that Vistara does not endorse, control or guarantee the quality or fitness of any such products/services. Any dispute in relation to delivery, suitability, merchantability, availability, fitness or quality of the products/services availed under the Offer must be referred by the customer directly to Tickettin.com
- Vistara is not an agent or an intermediary of Tickettin.com. Tickettin.com reserves the right to contract with you and Vistara does not control Tickettin and cannot compel them to contract with you. Vistara will not be a party to any contract that you enter into with Tickettin.com.
- These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions as applicable to CV members specified on our website www.airvistara.com, whose terms and conditions shall also be applicable to this Offer.
- All Vistara and Club Vistara terms & conditions apply
- This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
