TRAVEL ADVISORY Following a notification from aviation authorities on the reopening of airports, Air India is working towards progressively commencing flights to and from Jammu, Srinagar, Leh, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Bhuj, Jamnagar, Chandigarh and Rajkot. We appreciate your understanding at this time as our teams work on bringing operations at these airports back to normal. Please stay tuned for further updates. Passengers with confirmed tickets for flights to and from Srinagar, booked till 22 April 2025, can avail free cancellations and changes for travel until 15th May 2025. Fare difference will apply for travel beyond 22 May 2025.
Due to the restriction of Pakistan's airspace for Indian airlines, some Air India flights to and from North America, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East are expected to take alternative, extended routes.
Effective May 1, 2025, all non-Thai nationals travelling to Thailand must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online as a mandatory immigration requirement within 3 days prior to arrival at https://tdac.immigration.go.th.
Air India now supports Apple AirTag location feature for seamless tracking of lost or delayed checked baggage.
South Korea has introduced the e-Arrival card to simplify the immigration process for foreign visitors. Travellers can submit it up to 72 hours before arrival at www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr. Exemptions include K-ETA and Alien Registration Card holders.

Starting 31 March 2025, Air India will be shifting its operations in Tokyo from Narita International Airport (NRT) to Haneda Airport (HND).
