Retro Claim Status

Club Vistara Tips

  1. Please use this form to submit a retro claim request for Vistara flights flown up to 180 days in the past. For specific Partner Airlines, click here to know more.
  2. Retro Claims can only be submitted after 7 days of the Flight flown date.
  3. The Name on the e-ticket or boarding pass should match the name on the Club Vistara account for successful retro claims.
  4. For Partner Airlines retro claims, it may take up to 4 weeks for CV Points to be credited to your CV account. Click here to know about Partner Airline accrual.
  5. Award Flights of Vistara and Partner Airlines are not eligible for CV Points accrual.
