*CV Points accrual is not permitted for Japan Airlines marketed and operated flights in the ineligible booking classes.

How to earn CV Points on Japan Airlines

To earn CV Points on Japan Airlines flights, please furnish your CV ID at the time of booking or check-in.

  • Bookings must be made in the name as it appears on your passport and CV account.
  • Log-in and check 'My Account' to confirm if your CV Points have been credited. It may take up to 4 weeks from the date of your flight for CV Points to be credited to your CV account.

Please Note: CV Members can earn CV Points on all eligible flights with Japan Airlines by filing for a Retro Claim, 7 days after their flight. This option is available for 12 months from the travel date. To avail CV Points via Retro Claim, write to us at contactus@clubvistara.com with an attached copy of the e-ticket and boarding pass.
