There are two ways you can use your One-Class Upgrade voucher to get confirmed upgrades to next cabin class:
Confirmed Upgrades through Customer Service Centre (CSC) post booking:
- Contact Customer Service Centre (CSC) on +91 9289228888 post booking your flight. CV Platinum and CV Gold members can call on Priority Connect at +91 8130088888.
- You need to share your Club Vistara ID along with the flight details for which an upgrade is required.
- CSC executive will confirm your details and upgrade you to the next cabin class, basis the voucher validity and availability of select seats.
In case the seat is not available, you may check at the airport for an upgrade 120 minutes prior to departure for domestic or international flights.
Confirmed upgrades at airport, 120 minutes prior to departure for domestic and international flights:
Share your Club Vistara ID and valid ID proof at the check-in counter or at the boarding gate.
Airport executive will confirm your details and check for seat availability on the requested flight and cabin. If seats are available, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number or email address.
After successful verification of the details and OTP, you will be upgraded to the requested cabin class.

*Providing OTP is mandatory at the airport premises located within India for the successful redemption of the vouchers.
- One-Class Upgrade voucher is valid for single-use upgrade to the next cabin class.
- This voucher is non-transferable.
- This voucher cannot be sold, bartered, redeemed, or exchanged for cash.
- This voucher is only valid for travel on Vistara.
- This voucher can be used for self, nominee, or companion traveling with the CV member in the same PNR.
- Upgrade request by calling the Customer Service Centre-
For a confirmed upgrade to the next cabin class, contact the Customer Service Centre post booking. This benefit is subject to select seat availability in the desired cabin class at the time of upgrade.
The Customer Service Centre will confirm once the upgrade has been processed.
In case the seat is not available at the time of request, members can still use their upgrade vouchers at the check-in counter 120 minutes prior to departure to upgrade to the next cabin class, subject to seat availability.
- Upgrade request at the airport-
For safety and security reasons, members are required to share the OTP sent to their registered mobile number or email address with the airport staff at the time of redeeming vouchers.
A Voucher will not be redeemed in case the member, or their nominee are unable to share the OTP at the airport (Applicable to domestic airports only).
- One-Class Upgrade voucher(s) once used by the member, cannot be re-instated in case the member requests for any changes/cancellation/re-issuance of the ticket.
- To redeem complimentary One-Class upgrade, members need to have a confirmed Economy Class or Premium Economy ticket.
- As Vistara follows a three-cabin model, an upgrade from Economy to Business, regardless of aircraft configuration, is considered equivalent to a two-class upgrade to maintain consistency of experience and requirements.
- For flights within India, only 1 ‘One-Class Upgrade’ voucher is required to get upgraded to the next class i.e., from Economy to Premium Economy and Premium Economy to Business Class. To upgrade from Economy to Business Class, 2 ‘One-Class Upgrade’ vouchers will be required.
- This voucher is not valid for infants or passengers traveling with infants.
- For flights within India, one One-Class Upgrade voucher is required for 1 flight number. In the case of 2 flight numbers (connecting flight), 2 vouchers are required to upgrade to the next cabin class.
- For flights outside India, CV members should have the required number of One-Class Upgrade vouchers to upgrade to the next cabin class. Please use the voucher calculator above to know the number of vouchers required for our international destinations.
- In case of a combination of domestic and international flights, the number of vouchers required for the international segment will be as per the policy.
- This voucher cannot be used when booking Group fares, Economy Lite fares for travel within India and Economy Value fares for travel outside India.
- This voucher can only be used for travel on or before the voucher expiry date.
- This voucher can only be used on flights operated and marketed by Vistara (with e-tickets starting with 228).
- Any taxes, surcharges, and fees applicable on upgrades using One-Class Upgrade vouchers will be borne by the member.
- All other Club Vistara Terms & Conditions apply.
- These Terms & Conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the Vistara Terms and Conditions (as applicable to carriage by air or by other means of transportation including surface transportation of passengers and baggage) as specified on our website www.airvistara.com.

Complimentary Ticket voucher-Axis Bank Vistara Credit Cards
- The Voucher can be issued and redeemed online by logging into your Club Vistara Account on our website.
- Axis Bank Vistara credit card primary cardholders (“Cardholders”) are entitled to receive one-way base fare waived ticket vouchers (“Voucher”) provided they meet the criteria as defined in the Credit Card features and benefits specified on www.Axisbank.com (“Offer”).
- The Voucher entitles the Cardholder to receive a waiver of the base fare component on one-way ticket for travel on Vistara domestic network (each Voucher is usable for a single flight number journey between two points).
- The Cardholder will have to bear the other charges such as taxes, surcharges and other levies as applicable on the ticket at the time of booking.
- The Voucher is voluntarily transferable to nominees (as updated in the Club Vistara Account of the Cardholder).
- The voucher once issued cannot be reversed.
- The Voucher credited to the cardholder is valid only for travel within 3 months from the date of issuance and will not be extended.
- The voucher(s) will get automatically issued to the cardholder incase the member does not self-issue the voucher within 6 months from the date of credit.
- The Voucher eligibility notification will be sent via email to the registered e-mail address of the Cardholder as recorded in his/her Club Vistara account within a period of 15 working days of fulfilment of the criteria defined in the Card Features and Benefits
- Once the voucher gets credited, cardholder will be notified on the registered e-mail address as recorded in their Club Vistara account.
