Baggage that exceeds the allowance allotted to your fare category will be charged an excess baggage fee.

Excess baggage charges at the airport for London, Frankfurt and Paris

Excess weight [per piece] charges at the airport for London, Frankfurt and Paris: USD 100 - (between 23-32kg)

If a customer is carrying excess weight (per piece, between 23-32kgs), excess baggage charges at the airport for London, Frankfurt, and Paris will be USD 100. This is applicable for Economy Value and Economy Standard, and Premium Economy Value and Premium Economy Standard fares.

*An equivalent amount will be charged in the local currency.      

For Mauritius:

  •  For Economy and Premium Economy Class – Any extra ‘piece (pc)’ of Baggage over and above the free baggage allowance would be charged at USD 175 per piece (maximum weight: 23kg) or equivalent amount in local currency.
  •  For Business Class - Any extra ‘piece (pc)’ of Baggage over and above the free baggage allowance would be charged at USD 175 per piece (maximum weight: 32kg) or equivalent amount in local currency.

Excess weight [per piece] charges at the airport for Mauritius: USD 100 - (between 23-32kg)

  • If a customer is carrying excess weight (per piece, between 23-32kgs), excess baggage charges at the airport for Mauritius will be USD 100.

*An equivalent amount will be charged in the local currency. Please note there is an additional fee which shall be charged at the Dubai Airport when purchasing excess baggage.
