Revamped Club Vistara Program

  • The revamped Club Vistara program changes were announced on 26th September 2016.
  • New earn structure for CV Points and Tier Points will be effective from 27th September 2016.
  • CV Points and Tier Points earned before 27th September 2016 will be as per the old earning structure.
  • Flight activities before 27th September 2016 will be considered for tier status evaluation on the basis of flight activity.
  • The tier benefits will be effective from 27th September.
  • Complimentary vouchers for CV Gold and CV Platinum members will be couriered in physical form and effective from the date of courier. Terms & conditions for complimentary vouchers apply.
  • CV Silver and CV Tata Employee Tier members can use their complimentary e-vouchers (non-transferable) post a communication on how to claim their vouchers.

  • Membership in Club Vistara is open to individuals who are 2 years or above at the time of joining the programme and who are otherwise competent to enter into the contract as per the applicable law(s).
  • Club Vistara membership enrolment fee is presently waived.
  • Only individual persons are eligible for Club Vistara membership and each member may maintain only one Club Vistara account Corporations and other legal entities cannot be enrolled as members Club Vistara membership is not transferable Enrolment of several persons in a single account (joint account) and multiple enrolments by a single person are not allowed.
  • All Club Vistara membership e-cards are personal and non-transferable.
  • Club Vistara membership is valid from the date of issuance of Club Vistara ID.
  • Club Vistara membership is not transferrable to any other individual, trust or estate.
  • A member can hold only one Club Vistara account with a unique email id. In the event that more than one account number is assigned to the same individual (duplicate accounts), Club Vistara reserves the right to merge the two accounts.
  • If benefits, facilities or arrangements are provided or made available to a member as a result of his / her membership, whether these are provided by Vistara or by Program Partners, such a member will be personally liable for any and all costs, taxes, surcharges, fees, charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from the provision or availability of such benefits, facilities or arrangements.
  • Club Vistara membership remains at all times the property of Club Vistara, which reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion and without giving notice to such member to refuse membership, to revoke membership or refuse or withdraw an upgrade (as applicable) to any tier of membership with or without reason.
  • While Club Vistara will endeavour to see that the services, benefits, facilities and arrangements as expressed or advertised by Vistara and the Program Partners will be available to the members, Club Vistara does not warrant the same in any manner and will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from the provision or non-provision, whether whole or part, of any such information, services, benefits, facilities or arrangements.
  • When a member seeks to use or obtain any of the services, benefits, facilities or arrangements offered, the provision of such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements will be subject to the respective terms and conditions of the provider of said benefits, facilities or arrangements and Club Vistara does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any such services, benefits, facilities or arrangements offered by a Program Partner to the members.
  • A member must quote his/ her membership number and name as mentioned on his/ her CV account when booking and checking in for flights on Vistara and/ or using the services of a Program Partner If a member fails to provide the required membership information accurately when making such booking or availing such services, this may result in the applicable CV Points not being credited to the member's account and Vistara or its Program Partner will not be responsible in this regard.
  • Only the member is eligible to obtain information from Club Vistara relating to such membership data including but not limited to travel data, CV Points accumulated and class of travel flown by the member.
  • Club Vistara may at any time, without giving notice, change the Club Vistara Award structure by revising the CV Points required to attain a particular Club Vistara Award, stipulate a specified period during which CV Points cannot be redeemed; limit the number of seats available for the redemption of CV Points to any or all destinations or on certain specified flights; alter the number or types of journeys required to obtain a particular Club Vistara Award; change or withdraw Program Partners' affiliations; change the parties from which a CV Points Award may be obtained / redeemed; change the length of time after being awarded within which CV Points must be redeemed; impose a time limit upon the validity for redemption of any CV Points issued by Vistara or any Program Partners; introduce and or review membership fees; and modify the procedures and rules relating to ticketing on redemption of CV Points or other aspects of the Club Vistara.
  • Members can cancel their Club Vistara membership at any time by submitting the appropriate written notification, at which time any outstanding CV Points, benefits and privileges will be cancelled.
  • Membership will end automatically upon the death of the member CV Points earned but not redeemed at the time of death, as well as benefits and privileges, will be automatically cancelled
  • Club Vistara reserves the right to reject any application for membership.
  • Indian laws govern these terms and conditions In the event of any disputes, the appropriate court in Delhi shall have an exclusive jurisdiction.
  • All members are bound by the award and redemption structures as well as the Terms and Conditions of the Club Vistara programme.
  • In order to maintain Club Vistara membership, Vistara needs to collect, use and disclose the personal data of each member in order to fulfil the following purposes:
    • To provide members with membership status updates and other account-related information;
    • To facilitate membership-related transactions and services;
    • To market and communicate to members about Vistara and Club Vistara promotions, contests, events, and lucky draws, including those conducted by Vistara programme partners;
    • To contact members about product or member-related surveys and market research; and
    • Other purposes as listed in the Vistara Privacy Policy at
  • In connection with the above, some of the members’ personal data may be disclosed to Vistara’s suppliers, service providers and other partner companies in the programme for membership and flight transaction related purposes and member servicing The data collected will be used for direct marketing purposes by only Vistara and only if members have given prior consent to Vistara to receive such marketing materials Members who have given consent can subsequently request Vistara not to use their personal data for such marketing purposes by submitting a request in writing via our online feedback form, or by logging into to update their communication preferences.
  • A name change on the member's record will be accepted upon written notification to Club Vistara Proof of name change is required. Members can update their personal details such as address phone number, nationality, preferences etc. online at
  • In the event wherein the same email id/mobile number is updated in more than one account, then all such accounts will be deactivated. Such account(s) will be activated only when the request for change in email id / mobile number is received from the same email id as reflecting in the account(s).
  • Club Vistara reserves the right to (a) suspend, (b) permanently exclude the member from further participation in, or (c) terminate his/her membership in Club Vistara upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
    • In the sole opinion of Vistara, the member has misbehaved on any flight (whether or not a Vistara flight) or at any airline premises or at any airport Misbehaviour includes but is not limited to verbal or physical abuse of airline employee(s) or airline agent(s) or passenger(s), destruction or damage to property on any aircraft or at airline premises, or at any airport.
    • Vistara bans the member from its flights permanently or for a specified period of time.
    • The member has contravened any term or rule of membership of Club Vistara.
    • The member has breached any Vistara Conditions of Carriage.
    • In the sole opinion of Vistara, the member has acted fraudulently or in any manner that is unacceptable to Vistara in relation to his/her membership.
    • If the membership is suspended, any CV Points accrued shall be suspended If the member is permanently excluded from membership or has his/her membership terminated in Club Vistara, any Points accrued shall be revoked and forfeited without entitlement to compensation Whether the member is suspended or permanently excluded or the membership is terminated, the member shall be liable for all damages, litigation and transaction costs.
  • Club Vistara reserves the right to audit any accounts at any time for compliance with the programme's Terms and Conditions without prior notice being given.
  • Club Vistara reserves the right to enrol individuals residing only in certain countries and/or regions Such countries and or regions are subject to change; however, reasonable advance notice will be given in circumstances where the removal of a country and/or region will affect the membership of existing members by publishing the same on the Vistara website or such means as may be determined by Vistara at its sole discretion.
  • Membership to Club Vistara is offered at the discretion of Vistara and may be refused to any applicant.

Minor Enrolment

  • Each member can enrol child/minor of age 2 years to 17 years only in their capacity as the parent or legal guardian of such person to receive the benefits of membership to Club Vistara in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions by submitting a consent form. The consent form will be emailed to the registered email ID upon sending a request to
  • For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the expression “Parent” shall mean the biological or adoptive father and/ or mother of a person and the expression “legal guardian” shall mean a person having the care of the person of a minor or of his property or both his persona and property, and includes (i) a natural guardian; (ii) a guardian appointed by the will of the minor’s father or mother; (iii) a guardian appointed or declared by a court of competent jurisdiction; and (iv) a person empowered to act as such by or under the applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Only parent/guardian can redeem CV Points from the Child/minor’s account till the enrolled Child completes 18 years of age.
  • Post completion of 18 years of age, child/minor’s membership to Club Vistara will no longer be associated with the member parent/guardian’s membership The associated member parent/guardian will be intimated of the same by email to registered email id and requested to provide unique contact details of the child/minor having completed 18 years Thereafter, the member parent/guardian will no longer be able to redeem CV Points from the associated child/minor’s account.
  • Upon successful change of credentials and confirmation of agreement with the Terms and Conditions by the child having completed 18 years, his/her membership will be activated and till such time (commencing from the date of having completed 18 years) the same would become inactive for redemption.
  • In the case of event of death of an associated Member parent/guardian, the Club Vistara Member Service Centre’ must be promptly informed and all the associated Child/minor’s entitlement to benefits of membership will be delinked from the deceased Member parent/guardian membership and will be associated with the new Member parent/guardian based on the provided legal documents.
  • A child/minor’s enrolment to Club Vistara cannot exist and the child will forfeit all his / her CV Points, if the child is not associated with the new Member parent/guardian’s membership in accordance with the relevant provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • In the event of the death of a child, the child/minor’s enrolment will be delinked from the associated Member parent/guardian’s account on receipt of all valid supporting documents by the Club Vistara Member Service Centre and the associated Member legal parent/guardian will be able to redeem the CV Points from the child/minor’s enrolment.
  • For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby clarified that for a child enrolled for benefit of Club Vistara membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (i)entitlement to benefits of membership of the Club Vistara will be regulated by and subject to these Terms and Conditions(ii) only a sub-account number will be issued , but no separate Club Vistara membership account identification card will be issued for the Child; and (iii) these Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between Vistara and the associated Member parents/legal guardians, who shall be solely responsible for complying with the same.


  • An application to join the Club Vistara deems acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions.
  • Applications will not be considered for enrolment if any of the details provided at the time of enrolment are found to be incorrect or non-factual.
  • Club Vistara may accept or reject any application for membership in its absolute discretion. If an application for membership is rejected, then any benefit that may have earned to the applicant through the use of a membership will be null and void.
  • Members are expected to ensure that they take appropriate care of their account details to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing the account and are expected to inform Club Vistara in writing if they become aware that someone has gained unauthorised access to their account details.

Updating Account Information

  • The Club Vistara member will be responsible to maintain the confidentiality of his/her own Club Vistara account.
  • It is the responsibility of the member to advise the Member Service Centre of any changes in his / her name, address or preferences in writing.
  • Members may also update their address and preference details directly online by logging in at Name changes, however, cannot be made online.
  • Name change requests can only be made, if a written request is sent to
  • Requests for changes in name should be accompanied by supporting legal documentation, as may be specified at the time of making the name change request.
  • Member should remember to not give their Club Vistara ID/details, Login ID and password to anyone.
  • Member agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.
  • Member should take all necessary steps to ensure that the Club Vistara ID/details, Log-in ID and password is kept confidential and secure and should inform Member Service Centre immediately if they have any reason to believe that the same have become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Tiers & Tier Evaluation

  • Club Vistara has 4 tiers – CV Base, CV Silver, CV Gold & CV Platinum and qualification to a higher tier is based on the “Tier Points” accumulated in the member’s Club Vistara account.
  • “Tier Points” means the points used for calculation towards Elite Tier Qualification.
  • Tier Points cannot be redeemed or utilized Tier Points are accumulated by a member into his/her Club Vistara account for flying with Vistara.
  • Tier Points are calculated on the base fare & are exclusive of any taxes & surcharges.
  • Tier Points cannot be accrued on promotions and partner transactions.
  • Member must either accumulate 15,000, 25,000 and 35,000 Tier Points or 20, 30 and 40 flights within 12 months in order to upgrade to CV Silver, CV Gold and CV Platinum respectively.
  • The Silver/Gold/Platinum Tier status is valid for one Upgrade Cycle.
  • Upgrade cycle is the period from one day after the date on which a member has achieved an Elite Tier and continues for 12 months.
  • If a member does not accumulate qualifying Tier Points to retain their respective tier status by the end of Upgrade Cycle, he/she will automatically revert to being a Base/Silver/Gold tier whichever applicable.

Tier Privileges

  • Members will be offered tier privileges depending upon membership tier of the member.
  • Lounge Access for CV Gold members:
    Lounge access will be offered to CV Gold/CV Platinum members at the departure airport, wherever available, when flying with Vistara For in-transit CV Gold/CV Platinum members, lounge access will be offered only if the outbound journey is on a Vistara flight.
  • Guests will not be able to accompany CV Gold/CV Platinum members to the lounge.
  • Guaranteed reservation up to 48 hours before departure
    CV Gold members enjoy a guaranteed reservation in Economy on Vistara flights Request for confirmation must be made at least 48 hours before flight departure against full-fare Economy ticket While Vistara will make every attempt to offer this facility, there may be occasions when due to exceptional demand on a particular flight or reasons beyond the control of Club Vistara, this guarantee may not hold good and Club Vistara will not be responsible for such unavailability.
  • Additional Baggage Allowance on Vistara
    CV Platinum, Gold & Silver members will be entitled to carry an additional baggage of 15kgs, 10 kgs and 5 kgs respectively.

Earning CV Points

  • CV Points are earned based on the fare value of a Vistara flight ticket, promotional bonuses and partner activity.
  • “CV Points” means CV Points accumulated by a member into his/ her Club Vistara account for flying on any Vistara flight and/or, CV Points accrued with partners for use of their services.
  • CV Points are valid for a period of 36 months from the date of flight.
  • CV Points cannot be transferred between Club Vistara accounts or any other frequent flyer programme.
  • To accumulate CV Points, the member must quote his/her Club Vistara ID at the time of making a booking and/or at the time of check-in.
  • Award flights do not qualify for CV Points, please check for any restrictions at the time of booking.
  • Redemption bookings are not eligible for accrual of CV Points on Vistara and partner flights.
  • Failure to give complete/correct information may result in the CV Points due for that activity not being credited to the member's account and the member not receiving certain service benefits associated to their tier status.
  • CV Points will not be awarded where the flight booked is cancelled or rerouted due to any reason beyond the control of Vistara, including but not limited to weather delays.
  • The responsibility to check that CV Points and transactions have been properly credited lies with the member. Member can check the account statement by logging in to their account at
  • A member cannot attempt to accrue CV Points for a flight which has accrued points/miles with any other frequent flyer programme However, in case of any such attempts, Club Vistara retains the right to reverse the earned CV Points.
  • All activities that are not tracked automatically at the time of travel may be credited later at Vistara’s discretion.
  • Members are required to keep the original travel ticket and boarding pass for claiming missing CV Points until the appropriate flights reflect on their account statement.
  • In case of dispute about CV Points accrual, Club Vistara may require proof of travel on the relevant sector including the boarding pass.
  • In case a member has availed of a cash upgrade to a higher cabin class it may take up to 2 weeks CV Points to be credited Members must contact the Club Vistara Member Service Centre, should the transaction still not reflect in the account.
  • Bonus CV Points accumulated from promotions will be credited at the end of the promotional period.

Retroactive Claims

  • CV members should wait to claim retro credit of CV Points for Vistara flights for 7 days from the date of travel.
  • Retro claim can only be requested for Vistara flights 180 days in the past from the date of request.
  • Retro claim requests should be submitted by clicking here.
  • The name on the booking should exactly match the name on the Club Vistara account for the credit of CV Points.


  • In case of Partner Flights retro claims, CV members should allow up to four weeks' time from the date of requesting. All such requests should accompany the boarding pass and ticket copy.
  • In case of codeshare flights CV Points will only be earned for flights operated by partner airlines.
  • Redemption and group bookings are not eligible for accrual of CV point on partner flight.
  • Retro claim can only be requested for partner flights 180 days in the past from the date of request.


  • CV Points can be redeemed for Award flights operated by Vistara and its partner airlines only.
  • Redemption of Award flight is subject to seat availability at the time of booking.
  • A member can redeem an Award flight only for up to 8 other individuals at one time.
  • Taxes & fuel surcharges and fees shall be collected separately in the applicable currency. The mode of payment for all award flight related charges will be Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards only.

  • Club Vistara reserves the right to limit the number of seats made available for award travel per cabin per flight.
  • Award Flights can be booked online by logging into  Or by calling at our Member Service Centre.
  • Award flight tickets once confirmed shall be emailed to the member on his/her registered email id. This is subject to receipt of the payment of applicable taxes.
  • Award flight bookings cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in the form of CV Points.
  • Any change in the award flight booking like cancellations, flight/date change will be chargeable as per fare rules.
  • The validity of an Award tickets will be as per the fare rules applicable
  • In the event of Award Flight being cancelled by the member, CV Points will be credited back in the member’s account within 24 hours of cancellation of the ticket after deduction of fees. All relevant surcharges shall be refunded to the member.
  • CV Points will not be refunded in case of the “No Show” passengers.
  • Revenue seat booking cannot be converted into an Award Flight booking and an Award Flight booking cannot be converted into revenue seat booking.
  • Request for any change in the booking or cancellations should be made 48 hours prior to departure of the flight.
  • Wait listing of ticket is not available on Award flight booking.
  • An award flight booking cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, discount or offer being run by Vistara or its partners.

Upgrade Awards

  • Upgrade Award can only be redeemed on an already existing Vistara flight booking.
  • The Upgrade is subject to seat availability in the desired cabin class at the time of Upgrade.
  • Upgrade Awards can be redeemed by calling the Member Service Center on all days between 9AM – 6PM or directly at the Airport Ticketing Office (ATO).

  • Upgrade Award tickets once confirmed shall be emailed to the member on his/her registered e-mail id in case the Upgrade has been requested through CSC.
  • Any change in the upgraded flight booking like cancellations, flight/date change will be chargeable as per fare rules of the commercial ticket.
  • Upgrade Award cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • In the event of an Upgrade Award being cancelled by the member, CV Points will be credited back in the member’s account within 24 hours of cancellation.
  • CV Points will not be refunded in case of a “No Show”.
  • Upgrade Award cannot be further upgraded to higher cabin class by paying the commercial fare.
  • Except as stated herein, all other terms and conditions as specified on our website, including the conditions as applicable to CV Members shall be applicable to the Upgrade Award.
  • CV Points cannot be used for re-routing the already booked flights.
  • Complimentary One Class Upgrade vouchers cannot be redeemed by passengers travelling with infants
  • Passengers travelling with infants on Redemption Upgrade will need to pay the Infant fee of the upgraded class

Membership Audit and Termination

  • Notwithstanding the other provisions of these Club Vistara Terms, Club Vistara retains sole discretion to accept or reject any application for membership.
  • Member can hold only one Club Vistara account at any time If more than one account has been assigned to a Member in error, the accounts will be combined and the CV Points transferred to the new single account, less any duplicated bonuses, CV Points or Tier Points from the same activity.
  • Club Vistara also retains absolute discretion to suspend or terminate any membership account, or to withdraw any CV Points accumulated as a result of the, following:
  • The commission of a fraudulent, irregular, dishonest or suspicious transaction which shall include but shall not be limited to
    • altering documents to procure CV Points;
    • knowingly supplying incorrect information to accrue CV Points;
    • attempting to procure Points for flights which have not been flown or are not eligible for CV Points; or
    • using or attempting to use stolen or counterfeit tickets; and/or
    • the commission of misconduct which may include but shall not be limited to
    • failure to comply with these  Terms and Conditions and/or Vistara’s Conditions of Carriage appearing on the Vistara website (“Conditions of Carriage”);
    • misuse of the services and/or benefits which are available to Members from time to time; or
    • the use of threatening, abusive or insulting language or behaving in a threatening, abusive or insulting manner when dealing with any Vistara staff members or it's  agents or staff members of Participating Companies or program partner.
  • Vistara retains the right to terminate any membership in the event of any breach of Club Vistara Terms and Conditions and the member will forfeit his/her right to future participation in the Program.
  • Any booking made using your CV Points (an “Award Flight”) made by you either before or after the date of breach will be subject to review and, where any Award Flight booking has been made using CV Points obtained fraudulently or otherwise in breach of these Club Vistara Terms, possible cancellation by Club Vistara.
  • Club Vistara reserves the right to audit any Member’s account at any time, without prior notice Upon discovery of discrepancies or violations of Club Vistara Terms and conditions or Conditions of Carriage all accumulation and/or redemptions will be suspended until the matter has been satisfactorily resolved
  • Upon the discovery of any breach of Club Vistara Terms and conditions, as an alternative to termination of membership, Club Vistara may (at the Club Vistara’s discretion) impose reasonable conditions on any future   booking of Award Flight Such conditions may include, without limitation, the deduction of  CV Points, the deduction of Tier CV Points and/or a reduction in tier grade.
  • Membership enrolment and eligibility, accumulating Points, award travel, availability of awards and redemption are subject to the terms and conditions of Club Vistara and are subject to any applicable laws and regulations, including applicable International Air Transport Association (IATA) and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Club Vistara may change, add to, modify or withdraw at any time without giving notice such terms and conditions as well as any benefits provided in connection with Club Vistara and any special offers or promotional offers made to any tier or group of members.
  • Club Vistara & partners reserve the right to change rules, regulations, awards travel, and special offers at any time without notice or reason.
  • Member can call Club Vistara Member Service Centre to cancel his/her membership.
  • If a member cancels his/her Club Vistara membership or his/her membership is terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, any CV Points which have not been redeemed will automatically expire and will not be redeemable.
  • Upon the death of a member, the Club Vistara membership will be closed However, the member's legal heir, upon production of relevant documents, can redeem the Club Vistara CV Points available in the deceased's Club Vistara account till such time that they are valid for redemption.
  • CV Points can be transferred to the deceased member's legal heir, upon production of relevant documents The CV Points can be transferred from the Club Vistara account till such time they are valid in the deceased member's account.

Current Offers

  • Refer a Friend
    • Referral offer is valid only on referrals till 31st June 2017.
    • The referred friend has to provide the CV ID of the referring member in the Referral ID section on the enrolment form.
    • Referral offer will be credited to the referring CV ID post the referred mobile number/email id successfully completes first flight.
    • Under this offer, CV points for a maximum of 5 successful referrals will be credited to the CV account of referring member.
    • Club Vistara ID of the referred member must be furnished at the time of booking or check-in for the referring CV member to receive bonus CV Points under the offer.
    • Offer is only valid on Vistara flights.
    • All offers and promotions are subject to change without notice, may not be combined with any other offers or promotions and have no cash value.
    • All other Club Vistara rules remain applicable
  • Play and Earn
    • Play and Earn offer is valid only till 31st June 2017.
    • Play and earn points will be credited to the CV ID in 30 days.
    • Under this offer, CV points for a maximum of 500 CV points can be earned per CV ID till 31st June 2017.
    • Correctness of the data shared on the Play and Earn section is the sole responsibility of the CV member.
    • All offers and promotions are subject to change without notice, may not be combined with any other offers or promotions and have no cash value.
    • All other Club Vistara rules remain applicable.
  • Complimentary Tier Match
    • Tier match to be valid for 3 months from date of issue.
    • Post tier match evaluation, the member will either be upgraded to CV Platinum or CV Gold or moved to CV silver for a period of 12 months from the date of tier evaluation.
    • Complimentary Tier Match can only be provided once per CV ID.
    • It is member’s sole responsibility to comply with the terms and conditions of any other Frequent Flyer Program that he/she may be enrolled with.
    • It is member’s sole responsibility to ensure that there is no conflict with terms and conditions of the other Frequent Flyer Program before enrolling with Club Vistara Program.
    • Benefits for complimentary tier match do not include cabin upgrade and lounge access vouchers.
    • During the evaluation period, complimentary tier match members can enjoy all other benefits of CV Gold tier .

Limitation of Liability

  • Club Vistara, Vistara and/or Program Partners shall not be liable to any member or his/her nominee or companion or any person deriving rights through the members in Club Vistara membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the Club Vistara  program and/or the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by the negligence or otherwise, and whether Club Vistara, Vistara and/or its Program Partners have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
  • Club Vistara will endeavour to ensure the availability of services provided by Vistara and Program Partners but does not warrant the same in any manner and will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by Vistara and Program Partners to provide services.
  • To the extent permissible by local law or regulation, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law Club Vistara and each member submit to the -exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts to resolve any disputes that may arise out of them.

CV information on and through newsletters

  • Club Vistara will regularly review and update the information on its web pages Despite its best endeavours, it is possible that some of the information could meanwhile have become outdated Club Vistara therefore cannot accept any responsibility for or guarantee that the information provided is up-to-date, correct and complete Apart from this, the Club Vistara terms and conditions apply.
  • Moreover, Club Vistara reserves the right to make changes or additions to the information services, including the information available on its web pages, products and other materials provided.
  • It is the member’ responsibility to periodically read and keep himself/herself updated about the then applicable Terms and Conditions and other relevant information about or related to his/her membership or related entitlement available on the Vistara and/or its Program Partner and/or Participating Company web pages.
  • Any e-communication from Vistara or Club Vistara is intended only for the person or entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged information If you have received the message in error, please notify the sender immediately and delete the message from your system Any unauthorized disclosure; copying, distribution or use of the message is strictly prohibited, and if done, will result in strict legal action The message is not guaranteed to be complete or error free No liability is assumed for any errors and/or omissions in the contents of this message Reasonable precautions have been taken to ensure that the message is virus-free However, Tata SIA Airlines Ltd and Club Vistara does not warrant that the same in any manner or accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of this message or attachments.

Data Privacy

  • By using/quoting his/ her Club Vistara ID Vistara and / or any Program Partners, a member consents to Club Vistara creating, maintaining and updating data that is personal to the member Such data includes membership data like name, address, telephone number, date of birth, seat preferences, etc., travel data (including without limitation, flights taken, CV Points accumulated and class of travel flown) and data concerning contacts with Vistara (including without limitation, enquiries regarding membership) and will be maintained and updated for the purpose of providing relevant information and services to the member Data will also include data received from Program Partners about CV Points earned as a result of using services provided by Program Partners.
  • Before any data relating to a member is disclosed to the same member by Club Vistara, the member may be asked security questions, which may require him / her to confirm his / her identity by providing information held by Club Vistara.
  • Club Vistara may disclose data relating to a member to a third person who has been nominated in writing by the member to Club Vistara in advance.
  • Members are responsible for the security of their Club Vistara ID/details, Login ID and passwords and shall ensure that their Club Vistara ID/details, Login ID and passwords are not disclosed by them whether intentionally or not, so as to allow a third person to access their Club Vistara account and to make any transactions In the  event a member suspects or becomes aware of any unauthorised use of his/her account or that his/her password is no longer secure, such Member  must notify Club Vistara in writing immediately.
  • In an effort to provide valuable offers to members, Club Vistara develops mailing lists for use by themselves and their Program Partners. These lists are based on information provided by the member at the time of enrolment. These lists are developed under strict conditions designed to safeguard the privacy of member's information. Members will be contacted on their email address / mobile number / landline phone numbers registered in the Club Vistara account, based on their consent given at the time of enrolment or updated later on If a member does not wish to receive these offers, he / she may request in writing to have his/ her name removed from the said mailing lists by contacting the Club Vistara Member Service Centre In the event, any member visits any third party web site(s) including the Program Partner website(s) pursuant to mails received pursuant to this provision or any third party links provided on Vistara webpage and submit their information to any of those sites, the usage of such information will be governed by their respective website usage terms including privacy policies. Members must carefully read the privacy policy of any such website they visit and Club Vistara will not be responsible for the same in any manner whatsoever.
  • As part of providing value added services to the Club Vistara members, Club Vistara in collaboration with its Program Partners reserves the right to send special offers / products to the members, based on his profile as recorded in his Club Vistara account.
  • Consent to receive such offers will be deemed as given, until such time that the member withdraws consent to receive mailers and offers from Vistara and its various Program Partners by opting out of the relevant preference, either by writing to the Club Vistara Member Service Centre or on . Withdrawal of consent may mean that certain services may no longer be provided to the member.
  • Any and all information in a member's Club Vistara account may be disclosed as required by law, including disclosures to the police, immigration and customs authorities.
