A320 Rated Captains

Pilots possessing an Indian DGCA ATPL, FRTO, COP/RTR, IR, current class I Medical and PIC rating on A320 aircraft.

Minimum flying experience of 5000 hours including 1500 hours in command of a Multi Engine, glass cockpit, large jet transport category aircraft (MTOW exceeds 20,000 KGS). A minimum of 500 hours as PIC is required on Airbus A320 family aircraft in order to be considered as a rated commander.

Flight Dispatcher (With DGCA Approved License Only)

Flight Dispatcher reports to Sr. Manager Flight Operations – Ops Technical Services and is responsible for maintaining Operational Control and Flight Watch on all Company Flights

More specifically the Flight Dispatcher will

  • Review and evaluate weather information, to determine and select the most economical route of flight.
  • Prepare an Optimized Operational flight plan, factoring Notams, Tafors and Metars, for all flights within the schedule.
  • Compute the amount of fuel required, using company and DGCA established guidelines
  • Assist the pilot in command in an emergency situation by providing any assistance necessary to ensure safe completion of the flight.
  • Liaison with A.T.C, Apron & other authorities for smooth functioning.
  • Compute the RTOW for each flight, thus ensuring maximum Payload.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the Manager

Ground Instructor (A320 Approved) Technical/Performance

The Ground Instructor instructs flight crew members undergoing initial, recurrent and/or transition training in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual and the applicable CAR., More specifically the Ground Instructor will

  • Conduct crewmember initial, recurrent or transition training in accordance with the FOTM as directed by the Chief Pilot Training, Flight Procedures, Training and Standards
  • DAs directed, assist in the development of various flight crewmember training programs. Checks the currency of training manuals and other materials used in various light training courses
  • Complete appropriate flight crewmember ground training records and other flight training documentation in a timely manner and directs to the appropriate filing source
  • Communicate issues of concern, or of exceptional achievement, regarding crewmember trainees’ performance to the Chief Pilot Training in a timely manner

Manager – Pricing and Distribution

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and define optimal pricing levels on year round basis for own, public and private channels of distribution, including managing fare filing and distribution functions.
  • Liaise with various GDS to identify and curtail abusive business transactions, leading to reduction in overall transactional cost incurred to the company
  • Operationalize and manage a process flow aimed at plugging revenue leakages through an automated Revenue tool.
  • Responsible for Managing Pricing, Distribution and Revenue Integrity functions.
  • Manage Pricing and Distribution team, while aiding the Revenue Maximization efforts through plugging of revenue leakage.

Manager - Performance Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Fleet Management decision process by providing appropriate airplane performance and airport studies and evaluations.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of contents, timely update and availability of technical information and manuals (namely FSI, Ops Manual, MEL, Special Ops Manual, Performance Manual, AFM, QRH and FCOM) for Fleet operations.
  • Support Fleet Management in pre-delivery preparations to post-delivery actions of new aircraft delivery.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Operations Technical Service (OTS), Engineering (Fleet Management) for technical/operational support.
  • Review daily Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) for any operational impact within TATA-SIA network and do the necessary follow-up actions (i.e. issuing of Airport Analysis charts, Internal Notice to Airmen (INTAM), changes to schedules, etc.)
  • Assist Fleet Management in all Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) approvals (i.e. manuals, new destinations, Extended diversion time Operations (EDTO/ETOPS), Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) / Less Paper Cockpit (LPC) approval, Low Visibility approvals, etc).
  • Prepare airport/oxygen/terrain/EDTO studies and evaluations to Fleet Management for the expansion and enhancement of the current Fleet operations.
  • Provide airplane takeoff/inflight/landing performance calculations in support of critical impact studies on company operations (eg max weights for Network Planning).
  • Provide support for charter flight operations including airport/oxygen/terrain/ETOPS studies and application for DGCA approval.
  • Review manufacturer’s revisions to Airplane Flight Manual (AFM), Flight Crew Operations Manual (FCOM), Quick Reference Handbook (QRH), Minimum Equipment List (MEL).
  • Keep track of airline-originated changes in the AFM, FCOM, QRH and MEL ensure that these changes are kept up-to-date for each revision cycle.
  • Ensure that AFM revisions are current and compliant with regulatory requirements (e.g. an Airworthiness Directives).
  • Liaise with Original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Engineering, DGCA, OTS, Publications, and Documentations to ensure timely aircraft/simulator updates of AFM, FCTM, FCOM, QRH and company Operations Manuals.
  • Any other duties assigned by DGM- Technical or VP-LOT

Experience:

  • Min. 8-10 years of experience in Performance Engineering

Academic Qualification:

  • Graduate – B Tech/B.E

Responsibilities:

Analyst / Senior Analyst - Revenue

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Revenue Control.
  • Manage Inventory through active monitoring of forecast load factors and adjustments of associated Bid Prices/Allocations.
  • Support the implementation of interline agreements and access to inventory.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Liaison with course participants and travel desk with regards to travel & hotel accommodation requirements.
  • Booking of Training rooms & other training facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for interacting daily with all external stakeholders and regulatory authorities including MoCA, DGCA, BCAS, AAI and Airport operators.

Assistant Manager Flight Operations Training & Licensing

Assistant Manager Flight Operations Training & Licensing reports to Sr. Manager Training Planning and is responsible planning all training requirements for cockpit crew in compliance with regulatory authorities, which include ground, simulator, line, recurrent, special training, and monitoring, tracking the same on day to day basis More specifically the Executive Flight Operations will

  • Plan all ground, simulator, and line training as required for crew which will include Induction, Transition, CCQ training, recurrent, upgrade, special qualification(AWO,CAT II/III, LVTO, critical airfield, STOL.......etc) training.
  • Follow up for documentation on completion of training and inform licensing personnel for processing the same for endorsement, renewal…..etc as required.
  • Publish the monthly training plan in a timely manner to individual crew and CMS
  • Follow up on day to day basis with crew rostering for adherence of the training plan and ensure all training & checking are completed within validity
  • Update database on timely basis once all training & checking completed.
  • Co-ordinate with vendor for training facilities, simulator slots as required.
  • Liase with vendors for invoices towards services provided and then check for correctness of same and process for payment to finance, However if any discrepancy, same to be noted and rectified before processing for payment. A database to be made for same.
  • Follow up with finance towards payment of vendor invoices.
  • To highlight all unsatisfactory cases for remedial requirement which will then be recommended by Head-Training? After which same have to be planned accordingly and followed up for completion. Documentation to be checked as well.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by Chief Pilot Training.
 

Experience: Min 5-10 yrs (In Flight Operations Training)
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Professional Qualification: Knowledge in the DGCA CAR’s especially relating to Training & Licensing of Flight Crew (including Expats)
