Position: Senior Executive - Crew Performance

Location: DEL Airport

Work Experience: 3-5 years or above (at least 1 year as a Senior Cabin Crew in a domestic airline or 5 years in any international airline)

Qualification: Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Actively track cabin crew’s progress via onboard assessments and inflight audits
  • Carry out coaching and counselling of crew to meet defined performance standards
  • Motivate cabin crew and promote a learning culture by recognizing individual and team contributions in achieving operational, safety and service excellence
  • Investigate and resolve crew performance (including disciplinary) issues in a timely fashion
  • Review performance data to identify systemic performance gaps, and engage with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions to address shortfalls
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and detailed records for all cabin crew on performance matters
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop/implement uniform, hotel accommodation and transport arrangements for operating crew
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to plan and implement promotion, engagement and welfare activities for operating crew
  • Support projects to improve processes and systems for enhanced crew performance
  • Flying license to be maintained.

Executive/Senior Executive - Crew Service & training

Position: Executive/Senior Executive - Crew Service & training

Location: Gurgaon

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Cabin Crew for Executive and for Senior Executive minimum 3 years of work experience as a Cabin Crew with 1 year as CCIC

Qualification: Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out training and development needs analysis.
  • Develop, implement and update training materials (including train-the-trainers).
  • Conduct training for cabin crew.
  • Liaise with external consultants in terms of course assignments, schedules, and payments.
  • Support the daily administration of the training section for timely injection of trainees/promotes.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees and promotes, and give feedback at regular intervals.
  • Carry out inflight assessment reviews and audits, to identify under-performing crew for additional training and provide feedback for service process improvement.
  • Maintain training and HR-related reports for assigned trainees.
  • Support the administration of uniform, hotel accommodation and transport arrangements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage development/issuance of job aids items used by cabin crew.

Position: Assistant Manager - Crew Performance

  • Ensure active tracking of cabin crew’s progress, coaching and counselling crew to meet defined performance standards

Position: Senior Executive – Cargo

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the sales, handling & operations of international and national flights from the stations and monitoring the agreements & SLAs of ground handling, cargo terminal/warehouse operator, documentation and maintaining checks all matters related to airport operations on a daily basis.
