Position: Senior Executive - Crew Performance

Location: DEL Airport

Work Experience: 3-5 years or above (at least 1 year as a Senior Cabin Crew in a domestic airline or 5 years in any international airline)

Qualification: Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Actively track cabin crew’s progress via onboard assessments and inflight audits
  • Carry out coaching and counselling of crew to meet defined performance standards
  • Motivate cabin crew and promote a learning culture by recognizing individual and team contributions in achieving operational, safety and service excellence
  • Investigate and resolve crew performance (including disciplinary) issues in a timely fashion
  • Review performance data to identify systemic performance gaps, and engage with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions to address shortfalls
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and detailed records for all cabin crew on performance matters
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop/implement uniform, hotel accommodation and transport arrangements for operating crew
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to plan and implement promotion, engagement and welfare activities for operating crew
  • Support projects to improve processes and systems for enhanced crew performance
  • Flying license to be maintained.

Position: Assistant Manager - Crew Performance

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive framework for monitoring of crew performance
  • Ensure active tracking of cabin crew’s progress, coaching and counselling crew to meet defined performance standards
  • Motivate cabin crew and promote a learning culture by recognizing individual and team contributions in achieving operational, safety and service excellence
  • Investigate and resolve crew performance (including disciplinary) issues in a timely fashion
  • Review performance data to Identify systemic performance gaps, and engage with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions to address shortfalls
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and detailed records for all cabin crew on performance matters
  • Manage day-to-day running of the Crew Performance section, including scheduling and performing of onboard assessments and inflight audits
  • Develop, motivate and manage team members and takes ownership and accountability of work.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to establish and implement uniform, hotel accommodation and transport arrangements for operating crew

Senior Executive – Digital (Social Media & Email Marketing) 

Position: Senior Executive – Digital (Social Media & Email Marketing)

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing
    • Custodian of Vistara’s content strategy - Generate & Execute out of the box ideas.
    • Manage and execute all Social Media campaigns, promotions and day-to-day activities.
    • Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
    • Manage Social/Digital Agency and work closely with them to create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
    • Oversee ORM - Monitor, listen and respond in a “Social” way while cultivating leads.
    • Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
    • Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
    • Become an advocate, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
    • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
    • Drive and monitor UGC. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
    • Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the Social Media impact. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Manage Owned Digital Assets
    • Conceptualize, design, adapt campaigns for owned assets, such as website and app.
    • Manage end-to-end email marketing, including design, executing, and reporting – one-point contact for email marketing agency. Knowledge and training on Adobe Campaign Management is an advantage.
    • Conceive strategy for Vistara’s Blog, and work closely with the in-house content writer to develop a renowned platform.
  • One-point contact for Digital Creative/Content agency
