Manager – Airline Partnerships

Position: Manager – Airline Partnerships

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduate

Responsibilities:

Prospecting new airline partners, developing and implementing interline pricing strategies, developing and negotiating commercially viable interline agreements.

  • Thorough understanding of interline agreements, codeshare and other commercial partnership agreement.
  • Handling of interline SPA’s, MITA and traffic agreements.
  • Understanding of IROPS scenarios and handling procedures.
  • Maintain & evaluate revenue reports on contribution from existing airline partners on monthly basis.
  • Maintain relationship with all airline partners at head office level.
  • Study network and schedule feasibility for interline connectivity on Vistara network on regular basis.
  • Good understanding of various Interline settlement procedures adopted by International carriers.
  • Monitor and find ways to channelize incremental traffic onto Vistara network.
  • Understanding of regulatory procedures involving Interline partnerships.
  • Prepare papers and recommendations on Vistara’s strategy on airline partnerships.
  • Study and manage strategic and tactical pricing agreements with airline partners.
  • Monitor and regularly study market share and yields from airline partners.
  • Prepare relevant reports on monthly basis for senior management.

Senior Executive - Crew Performance

Segment: Commercial

Position: Senior Executive - Crew Performance

Location: DEL Airport

Work Experience: 3-5 years or above (at least 1 year as a Senior Cabin Crew in a domestic airline or 5 years in any international airline)

Qualification: Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Actively track cabin crew’s progress via onboard assessments and inflight audits
  • Carry out coaching and counselling of crew to meet defined performance standards
  • Motivate cabin crew and promote a learning culture by recognizing individual and team contributions in achieving operational, safety and service excellence
  • Investigate and resolve crew performance (including disciplinary) issues in a timely fashion
  • Review performance data to identify systemic performance gaps, and engage with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions to address shortfalls
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and detailed records for all cabin crew on performance matters
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop/implement uniform, hotel accommodation and transport arrangements for operating crew

Note:

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to plan and implement promotion, engagement and welfare activities for operating crew.
  • Support projects to improve processes and systems for enhanced crew performance.
  • Flying license to be maintained.

Executive/Senior Executive - Crew Service & training

Position: Executive/Senior Executive - Crew Service & training

Location: Gurgaon

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Cabin Crew for Executive and for Senior Executive minimum 3 years of work experience as a Cabin Crew with 1 year as CCIC

Qualification: Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out training and development needs analysis.
  • Develop, implement and update training materials (including train-the-trainers).
  • Conduct training for cabin crew.
  • Liaise with external consultants in terms of course assignments, schedules, and payments.
  • Support the daily administration of the training section for timely injection of trainees/promotes.
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees and promotes, and give feedback at regular intervals.
  • Carry out inflight assessment reviews and audits, to identify under-performing crew for additional training and provide feedback for service process improvement.
  • Maintain training and HR-related reports for assigned trainees.
  • Support the administration of uniform, hotel accommodation and transport arrangements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage development/issuance of job aids items used by cabin crew.

Customer Service Executive

Position: Customer Service Executive

Location: Pan India

Work Experience: 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Aviation Industry

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Responsibilities:

To assist in handling and managing all aspects of Vistara operations and customer services at the airport including check-in, boarding, ramp handling, arrival & baggage services, in an efficient and professional manner.

  • Customer Service & Operations
    • Ensure Vistara operates in a safe and secure environment, by complying with internal and external operating standards and procedures.
    • Ensure that Vistara upholds high standards of customer service delivery based on guidelines set out by Ground Services Department and Station Management
    • Work closely with service partners (ground handling, catering, engineering, etc.) to achieve flight punctuality and customer satisfaction.
  • Others
    • Administrative duties including mishandled baggage, catering, flight reports and vendor invoice verification.
    • Other duties and projects which may be assigned from time to time.
  • Skills & Attributes
    • Good communication skills.
    • Willingness to work in shifts.
    • Possess an aptitude for customer service.
    • Amadeus knowledge shall be an added advantage.

  • Drive ground service performance to deliver service excellence consistently across the domestic network.
  • Ensure compliance of all regulatory, safety and security requirements, as required by the Authorities and/or company policies.
  • Ensure safe work practices to minimize risk of injury to personnel or damage to aircraft
  • Plan for and ensure preparedness to deal with irregular operations and crisis situations.
  • Represent Vistara’s interest in the airport community (e.g. AOC, SITA CUTE, etc).
  • Responsible for ensuring and delivering consistent and exemplary service delivery at every customer touch point
  • Monitoring OTP and take corrective measures
  • Ancillary revenue targets to be achieved
  • Ensure all compliances are met as per company and regulatory requirement (DGCA/IOSA, Labour Laws)
  • Preventive measures to ensure there is no revenue leakage/theft or pilferage occurs at Airport level

  • Skills & Attributes
    • Ability to train, motivate and guide a team of newly recruited staff.
    • Must have strong supervisory skills.
    • Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Must have strong IT skills including full suite of MS Office applications.
