A. CV Points are accumulated by members in their Club Vistara account for flying on any Vistara flight and/or with our partners for use of their services. These CV Points are valid for 36 months from the date of flight and can be redeemed for free flights and upgrades.
Q. What is the criteria to earn CV Points on Vistara flights?
A. Members earn CV Points based on the value of the fare booked by them, irrespective of the distance and class travelled, and their membership tier. Please refer to the earn table to know more.
Q. What is the procedure for CV Points to be credited to my account?
A. CV Points will be auto-credited to a member’s account if the CV ID is mentioned at the time of booking or check-in.
Q. How can a member claim missing CV Points for flights taken in the past with Vistara?
A. CV members can claim the missing CV Points by logging into their CV account through Vistara website or mobile app and submitting the details of the flight through the Retro Claim Form.
Q. Are there any restrictions on earning CV Points?
A. Except redemption bookings, all bookings are eligible for CV Points.
Q. What is the validity of CV Points?
A. CV Points have a validity period of 36 months (3 years) from the date of flight.
Q. Can I earn CV Points for flights taken prior to my enrolment in CV?
A. If you have joined Club Vistara recently, you may use our retro claim form by logging in through our website or mobile app. These requests can only be made for Vistara flights flown 180 days prior to the date of request.
Q. Why does a flight not get auto recorded, despite quoting the CV ID?

Q. If a member cancels their flight, does he/she lose those CV points?
A. CV Points are only credited to a member’s account once the travel is completed. In case of a “No Show” or cancellation, members will not receive any CV Points.
Q. If Vistara cancels a flight and refunds passengers, will they still be eligible for CV Points?
A. CV Points are only credited to member’s account once the travel is completed. CV Points will not be credited in such cases.
Q. Can a member earn CV Points on the flights taken with Partner Airlines?
A. CV member can earn CV Points for flights on our two partner airlines, Singapore Airlines and SilkAir.
Q. Will CV members booking Economy Lite fare directly from our website or mobile app get 100 bonus CV Points for direct bookings?
A. Vistara Direct benefits are not valid on Economy Lite fares and CV members will not be eligible for 100 bonus CV Points when booking Economy Lite through our website or mobile app.
Q. Is there any change for CV members for earning CV Points with Vistara Freedom Fares?
A. CV members will continue to earn CV Points irrespective of the fare booked.
