How does this work?
- Starting today (20th July 2016) for bookings and travel until 10th Jan 2017, book a flight with us through your corporate travel agent, pick a “Flexi Fare” in Economy Class or in Premium Economy, and enjoy a complimentary upgrade to next Cabin Class*
- After making your booking through your corporate agent, simply call our Customer Service Centre at 1860 108 9999 or +91 120 669 9901 anytime between 7 days and 6 hours before departure, and we will confirm your upgrade on the spot*
- If your upgrade cannot be immediately confirmed by our Customer Service Centre, you will be put on an airport upgrade standby list, and will be upgraded at the airport at check-in 60 minutes before departure if seats available
- There is no limit to the number of upgrades as long as you book under our “Flexi Fares” each time you want to upgrade*
- If you are upgrading to Business Class, you will also enjoy lounge privileges at all airports where we have lounges

* Upgrades are capacity controlled and subject to availability, and are processed on a first come, first serve basis.

Terms & Conditions
- This offer is valid from 20th July 2016 to 10th Jan 2017.
- Under this offer, if seat is available in the next cabin then ticket for upgraded cabin class will be reissued without any charges. If the seat is not available in the upgraded class, customer can either get the PNR cancelled to process refund or can travel on the original booked cabin. (Corporate customers booked in M,B,Y,A (economy Flexi) classes are entitled for a complimentary upgrade to Premium Economy (subject to seat availability ). Corporate customers booked in S,R (Premium economy Flexi) class will get upgrade to Business class (subject to seat availability), without any additional amount)
- The confirmed upgrade would be only subject to the availability of seats in the specific booking class.
- Post the upgrade the ownership of the PNR will be with Vistara, so for any further change customer will have to contact Vistara’ s Customer Service Centre at 1860 108 9999 or +91 120 669 9901
- If customer want to have a date change post upgrade of the original booking he/she can contact Vistara’ s Customer Service Centre at 1860 108 9999 or +91 120 669 9901. If seat is available reissue of ticket for the upgraded class will be done without any charge. Incase seat is not available in the designated class, reissuance can be done on next available class by paying the fare difference.
- The booking cannot be rerouted or downgraded from Flexi to saver or super saver fares.
- In the event of cancellation of the ticket the refund can only be processed by writing to email@example.com
- If No show, penalty will be applicable as per class booked.
- Within 24 hours changes in PNR will not guarantee any special meal for new upgraded cabin
- Airport upgrade done at the last minute you may get meal as per original booking
