Terms & Conditions

    • All employees on roll of Tata Companies are eligible for Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier membership
    • Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier membership is valid for a period of one year (membership period) from the date of activation or till the time the member is on rolls of the respective Tata Company, whichever is earlier.
    • Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier members will be required to renew their Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier membership at the end of the membership period.
    • Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier members official email id will be the primary mode of communication and shall be used for all account related activities such as activation and renewal. Shared or Group email IDs cannot be linked to the Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier membership ID.
    • Tata Employee Tier members will need to furnish respective Tata Company‚Äôs Employee ID Card at the time of availing the services.
    • All Tata Tier Employees are required to download the Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier E-card to enjoy the benefits & privileges of Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier membership
    • Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier members will move back to the regular Club Vistara tiers at the end of their tenure with Tata Companies or non-renewal of Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier membership. Member will be moved to the Club Vistara tier on the basis of the Tier Points earned by them in the last 12 months of their membership.
    • While availing the concessional flight, employee needs to present the original Employee ID card issued by the respective Tata Company at the time of booking and check-in.
    • For conversion of existing Club Vistara membership account to Club Vistara Tata Employee Tier request should be sent to tataemployeetier@clubvistara.com.
    • All Club Vistara Terms and Conditions are applicable.

    Welcome Offer :


    • The offer is valid for enrolments made till 31st December, 2016.
    • Travel has to commence within 90 days from the date of enrolment.
    • To receive the bonus points, Club Vistara ID must be furnished at the time of booking or check-in.
    • The bonus points will be credited to the registered Club Vistara account within 15 working days from the date of travel commencement.
    • The offer will not be applicable in the event of no-show, cancellation or rescheduling of travel commencement.
    • All offers and promotions are subject to change without notice, may not be combined with any other offers or promotions and have no cash value.

    Concessional Fares :


    • While availing the concessional flight, employee needs to present the original Employee ID card issued by the respective Tata Company at the time of booking and check-in.
    • CV TET member are eligible to redeem concessional fares once every 12 months from the date of activation/renewal of their respective CV TET account.
