How to redeem?

There are the two ways you can use your One-Class Upgrade voucher to get confirmed upgrades to next cabin class:

Confirmed Upgrades through Customer Service Centre (CSC) post booking:

  • Contact Customer Service Center (CSC) on +91 9289228888 post booking your flight.
  • You can share your CV ID and Voucher Code along with the flight details for which an upgrade is required. CSC executive will then confirm your details and upgrade you to the next cabin class, basis the availability of redemption seats.

In case the seat is not available, you may check at the airport for an upgrade to the next cabin class, 1.5 hour prior to departure.

Confirmed upgrades at airport, 1.5 hour prior to departure:

  • Share your CV ID and valid ID proof at the check-in counter or boarding gate, 1.5 hour prior to departure.
  • You can either share the physical copy of your One-Class Upgrade voucher or the Voucher code. Please note that physical voucher is mandatory if you gift the same to a friend or family member.

You will be offered a seat in the next cabin class basis seat availability. Currently, confirmed upgrade at airports, using vouchers, is available only at airports within India

Terms and Conditions:

  • One-Class Upgrade voucher is valid for single-use upgrade to the next cabin class.
  • This voucher is non-transferable, however, CV Platinum and Gold members can transfer this voucher to a designated friend or family member by sharing the physical voucher. This upgrade will be processed by sharing the voucher code at the check-in counter.
  • This voucher cannot be sold, bartered, redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • This voucher is only valid for travel on Vistara.
  • For a confirmed upgrade to the next cabin class, contact Customer Service Center post booking. This benefit is subject to redemption seat availability in the desired cabin class at the time of upgrade.
  • The Customer Service Centre will confirm once the upgrade has been processed.
  • This voucher can be used for self, nominee or companion travelling with the CV member in the same PNR incase of confirmed upgrade.
  • In case the redemption seat is not available, CV members can still use their upgrade vouchers at the check-in counter 1.5 hour prior to departure to upgrade to next cabin class, subject to seat availability.
  • This voucher can be used for self or companion travelling with CV member in the same PNR incase of upgrade subject to seat availability.
  • One-Class Upgrade voucher cannot be re-used in case of change/cancellation/re-issue of your ticket.
  • To redeem complimentary One-Class upgrade, members need to have a confirmed Economy Class or Premium Economy ticket.
  • For flights within India, only 1 ‘One-Class Upgrade’ voucher is required to get upgraded to the next class i.e. from Economy to Premium Economy and Premium Economy to Business Class. To upgrade from Economy to Business Class, 2 ‘One-Class Upgrade’ vouchers will be required.
  • This voucher is not valid for infants or passengers travelling with infants.
  • In case of domestic flights, one One-Class Upgrade voucher is required for 1 flight number. In case of 2 flight numbers (connecting flight), 2 vouchers are required to upgrade to next cabin class
  • For flights outside India, CV member should have the required number of One-Class Upgrade vouchers to upgrade to next cabin class. Click here to know the number of vouchers required for our international destinations.
  • In case of a combination of domestic and international flights, number of vouchers required for international segment will be as per the policy.
  • This voucher cannot be used when booking Group fares, Economy Lite fares for travel within India and Economy Value fares for travel outside India.
  • This voucher can only be used for travel on or before the voucher expiry date.
  • Any taxes, surcharges and fees applicable on upgrades using One-Class Upgrade vouchers will be borne by the member.

How to redeem?

  • Share your CV ID and valid ID proof at check-in counter or Vistara Ticketing Office at the time of check-in. For CV Plat/Gold members, please share your physical voucher/ voucher number at the check-in counter or Vistara Ticketing Office at the time of check-in. Please note that physical voucher is mandatory incase transferred to a friend/family.
  • Collect your complimentary lounge access voucher for exclusive access to Vistara lounge at T-3 Delhi airport.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Complimentary Lounge Access voucher allows one time lounge access at Vistara lounge at T-3 Delhi only. This voucher is not valid for partner lounge.
  • This voucher is non-transferable, however for CV Plat/Gold members can transfer this voucher to a friend or family member by sharing the physical voucher.
  • This voucher cannot be sold, bartered, redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • The CV member should possess a valid Vistara boarding pass for the same day travel with Delhi as origin.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced under any circumstances.
  • This voucher is not valid for infants/ passengers travelling with infants.
  • The lounge is open from 04:00hrs to 24:00hrs only.
  • The Lounge staff reserves the right to limit access.
  • These Terms & Conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the Terms and Conditions (as applicable to carriage by air or by other means of transportation including surface transportation of passengers and baggage) as specified on our website www.airvistara.com, which Terms & Conditions shall also be applicable to this offer.

How to redeem?

  • The Voucher can be redeemed by contacting Vistara Customer Service Center at +91 9289228888 on all days.
  • Cardholder needs to validate her/his Club Vistara account details and voucher particulars with the customer care representative in order to proceed with redemption of this voucher.

 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Axis Bank Vistara credit card primary cardholders (“Cardholders”) are entitled to receive one-way base fare waived ticket vouchers (“Voucher”) provided they meet the criteria as defined in the Credit Card features and benefits specified on www.Axisbank.com (“Offer”).
  • The Voucher entitles the Cardholder to receive a waiver of the base fare component on one-way ticket for travel on Vistara domestic network (each Voucher is usable for a single flight number journey between two points).
  • The Cardholder will have to bear the other charges such as taxes, surcharges and other levies as applicable on the ticket at the time of booking.
  • Bookings against the Voucher should be done at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
  • The Voucher is voluntarily transferable to nominees (as updated in the Club Vistara Account of the Cardholder).
  • The Voucher is valid only for travel within 6 months from the date of its issuance and will not be extended upon its expiry.
  • The Voucher will be Emailed/sent via SMS to the registered e-mail address and Mobile Number of the Cardholder as recorded in his/her Club Vistara account within a period of 15 working days of fulfilment of the criteria defined in the Card Features and Benefits
  • TATA SIA Airlines Limited (“TSAL”) or Axis Bank Ltd. (“Axis”) will not be responsible in case the email address provided is incorrect or if the mail is not delivered to the Cardholder, due to any reason whatsoever.
  • The Voucher can be utilized by contacting Vistara Customer Service Center at +91 9289228888 .
  • The Cardholder needs to validate their Club Vistara account details and Voucher particulars with the customer care representative in order to proceed with any booking.
  • The Voucher can be used only once and will become unusable upon utilization.
  • The Voucher can be used subject to availability of seats in select booking fare classes allocated. That is, TSAL or Axis does not guarantee availability of seats. Further, schedules and flights are subject to change. Blackout dates apply.
  • Once booked and ticketed under a particular Cardholders name, the ticket is non – transferable.
  • Changes to any ticket can be made 3 days prior to the travel date subject to availability of seats and by payment of applicable change fee.
  • In case of any cancellations or no-show, the Voucher will be deemed utilized and in such cases, only the statutory taxes will be refunded. Refund of statutory taxes will be processed within 14 working days from the date of cancellation or no-show.
  • The Voucher cannot be bartered, sold or exchanged for cash.
  • The decision of TSAL with respect to the Offer will be final and binding on all the Cardholders participating in this Offer.
  • TSAL and Axis reserves the rights to change, amend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time without prior notice.
  • This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional Offer from TSAL.
  • These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions as applicable to Club Vistara members, specified on our website www.airvistara.com, which terms and conditions shall also be applicable to this Offer.
  • This Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

  • Awardee needs to validate her/his Club Vistara account details and voucher particulars with the customer care representative in order to proceed with redemption of this voucher.
