About Kochi 

Kochi, also known as Cochin, is situated on the south-west coast of India and is the commercial, financial and industrial capital of Kerala. A vibrant port city, it has a long history of trading, dating back to as long as 600 years.

Tribhuvan International Airport is the international airport serving the city of Kathmandu, located 5km from the city centre. The airport was inaugurated in 1955 by King Mahendra of Nepal.
