Enjoy travel assistance services for a smooth journey
Vistara Meet & Assist is a service powered by Airportzo, that ensures your departure and arrival experience is seamless and hassle-free. This service is ideal for business travelers, senior citizens in need of assistance, first time travelers and passengers traveling alone. You can also opt for this service if you wish to make your guests arriving at the airport feel special or to ensure a smooth send-off. Customers can opt for Vistara Meet & Assist for a nominal fee and feel special and well taken care of, for a great travel experience!
Departure Service
- The representative from Airportzo will be at the airport tracking your flight and coordinating your drop off. Once you arrive at the airport, you will be met by the representative at a pre-decided drop-off zone.
- The representative, along with a porter, will assist you with your baggage from the drop-off point till the check-in counters and will also assist you in checking-in your luggage. Please note that priority check-in and baggage services are not included in this service.
- The representative will also help you with your hand baggage during security and/or while at the immigration queue. Please note that priority baggage services are not included in this service.
- In case you would like to unwind at the lounge, you will be escorted to the Plaza Premium Lounge at the Delhi airport or other partner lounges. Please note that lounge service needs to be purchased separately.
- You will be met at the lounge at the scheduled time and escorted to the departure gate for boarding.
Arrival Service
- The representative will track your flight and once you land at your destination, he/she will be at the airport to meet you at the arrival area with your name on a placard (as per the details provided at the time of booking). The representative along with a porter will assist you with your hand baggage and accompany you to the baggage claim area to pick up your check-in baggage.
- Your driver will be updated when you are ready to exit the terminal. The representative will accompany you till the pick-up point and assist you with your luggage till the vehicle.
This service is currently available in Amritsar, Bangkok, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Dubai, Hyderabad, Indore, London (Heathrow Airport) and Mumbai.
Our partners are also taking extra care to ensure that this service is safe for you, during these unprecedented times:
- The staff are mandated to wear their PPE and undergo thermal checks to ascertain if they are fit to assist you.
- The staff have been trained to greet you with folded hands and escort you from 1 metre, to minimise contact. They will sanitise your baggage, if any, before carrying it.
- The staff carry sanitised service tablets, phones, and pens always. They further sanitise, when either come in human contact.
- The staff can deliver you a PPE kit on arrival which will include face mask, face shield and gloves, on a chargeable basis. They can also escort you on a buggy that is sanitised before and after use (subject to availability).
If a guest shows high temperature upon arrival at the arrival hall exit point, they will be detained as advised by the government norms depending upon the prevailing quarantine procedures that are set in place.
Transit/Connection Service:
- The agent will be at the airport to monitor both your inbound and outbound flights to prepare for your arrival.
- You will be met at the gate of your inbound flight and assisted with your hand baggage.
- You will be assisted by the agent through the transit formalities.
- Depending on package selected by you; you may be escorted to the private lounge in the transit area.
- At the agreed upon time, you will be met at the lounge and escorted to the departure gate to prepare for your outbound departure.
- The agent can liaise with the airline ground staff for any special pre-boarding requests.
