1. General Conditions

  • Group booking is allowed for a minimum of 10 passengers travelling on the same date, same flight and same sector in a single PNR.
  • Fares and seats are strictly subject to availability. All confirmations will be on first come first serve basis only. In case of duplicate queries on the same flight on the same date, only one group will be accepted in the given flight on a specific fare.
  • All fares are net payable amounts to Vistara.
  • Our e-tickets can be considered as an invoice copy. Hence, no separate invoices will be issued against any group tickets.
  • All fares are valid for standard baggage allowances in the respective classes, unless specified otherwise.
  • Group passengers should report at least 180 minutes prior to departure to allow for smoother processing.
  • Round trip bookings/PNRs cannot be split into two one-way bookings/PNRs.
  • Vistara reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment and other agreed conditions are not met.
  • Vistara is not bound to process a full refund if there is any delay which is not in the control of the airline.
  • Agency primary contact, group leader name & contact details are mandatory for ticket issuance.
  • If a GST invoice is required, GST details must be shared while sharing the name list.
  • Passengers must carry their valid travel documents. In case of any refused entry/boarding due to document issues, Vistara will not be responsible.
  • The latest currency conversion rate as per GDS will be applied in all cases.
  • In case of any dispute, the most restrictive condition will apply.
  • Taxes are subject to change at the time of ticketing.
  • Group materialization must be at least 80%.
  • Vistara does not provide any free of cost tickets with group bookings.
  • Child Fares will be calculated as per the latest company policy.

2. Payment Terms

3. Name List Terms

  • Exceptions will not be allowed and seats will be released if names are not submitted as per the above timelines.
  • Name changes after ticket issuance will be charged at INR 3500/- per person per sector. No name changes allowed less than 10 days prior to departure.
  • Group leader name and contact details are mandatory in order to issue tickets. It is also advisable to provide an alternate contact number in case the group leader is not reachable.
  • It is advised to provide the meal preference along with the name list.
  • Name lists must be shared in an excel format and contain the below mandatory details, wherever applicable:

4. Cancellation Policy

  • In case an entire group is released before balance payment is made, all payments made for the group will be forfeited as penalty.
  • A minimum group size of 10 passengers must be maintained. Only applicable taxes would be refundable for passenger count below 10.

5. Date change, flight change, and no-show

  • Date/flight change made more than 10 days prior to departure will be charged with a penalty of INR 3500/- per person per sector, in addition to the applicable fare difference.
  • No date change or flight change permitted within 10 days prior to departure.
  • Only applicable taxes would be refundable for no-show cases.
  • Out of sequence travel is not permitted. If any sector is not used, the booking will not be valid for the remaining sectors and only applicable taxes would be refunded for all unused sectors.
  • Re-routing not permitted on group booking.
